Home Build Plans

The Mackenzie

The Mackenzie home build plan offers prospecting homeowners 2100 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

There are options for dining or home office and extra rooms in the basement – if you have questions, just give us a call for more details.

The Aston

This plan provides homeowners approximately 2100 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

There is an attached shop for additional space in the basement to add a family room or bedrooms if desired.

The Zanden

This home building plan offers 2100 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Our crew builds a covered front and back patio for a nice farmhouse look.

We also have options to add a family room and bedroom(s) or bathroom(s) in basement.
